Key Club at Local High Schools
Lincoln Kiwanis sponsors Key Clubs at Lincoln High School and Twelve Bridges High School. Key club helps high school students engage in community service, to focus on the positives surrounding them and acts as a venue to get them involved with many community service activities.
The Lincoln Key Clubs work on a variety of projects, some of which are independent and others work with local service organizations. Club members also participate in the Kiwanis4Kids program (which provides presents for children during the holidays) as well as the Kiwanis Family House (which provides housing for families with children at UC Davis Children's Hospital).
Key Club members are strong, service-minded young adults who add so much to their school and to our Lincoln community. Many members go on to leadership positions in the Key Club organization and assume leadership positions in other organizations and communities later in life. The Kiwanis Club of Lincoln donates approximately $2,500 to support our Key Clubs each year.
